WHAT DOES FRT-15L3 MEAN?

I've tried out numerous unique forced reset triggers, starting with rare breeds unique. Once the ATF commenced knocking on doors however, I disassembled it, grinded it up and tossed it from the trash as I didn't require any drama from a legally acquired trigger. Anyhow, these triggers are magnificent. The FRT-L3 is the greatest I have applied thus
